Minimums

Rolf’s has 2 private rooms available for parties 7 days a week.  The smaller of the rooms has a minimum of 20 adults, while the larger has a minimum of 35 adults.  For larger groups, we can use both rooms for a larger space, with a minimum of 65 adults. 

 

Deposits

A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required to secure any of our private rooms.  Cash, credit card or check deposits are all acceptable.  The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the invoice at the end of the party.  Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Terms & Conditions

All groups must have their menu selected at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the party.  A finalized head count must be provided to us 1 week prior to the date of your event.  We require all payment at the conclusion of the event. 

 

Beverage Service

Rolf’s can provide a variety of options for beverage service, including open bar, host tabs, cash bar and beverage stations.  We can offer anywhere from simply beer and wine options to premium open bar, each for a per person price.  Please see attached Beverage Options.

 

Linens

Rolf’s is happy to provide linens for your party to add a touch of elegance.  Color choices are available upon request for an additional charge. 

Up to 35 people - $35.00  Custom colors - $40.00

36 + people - $50.00  Custom colors - $55.00

 

Children

Rolf’s always welcomes children!  A discount will be given for children should they eat from an adult buffet.   Children under 3 eat free.  Children 10 and under start at $8.50 per child; this menu will be agreed upon depending on the event.

 

Dessert

Dessert can be included with all our banquet packages.  We can order a specialty cake for your group.  Should you choose to bring your own cake a $1.00 per person slicing and serving fee will be added.

 

Taxes & Gratuities

A 20% gratuity and 7% tax will be added to all parties.

Priced per hour per guest, all guests over the age of 21 will be included, 3 hour minimum.

FULL OPEN BAR 

$15.00 per person for the 1st hour, $10.00 for each additional hour.

Our Pub is open during all functions; if you would prefer, our servers can direct your guests to the bar.  Please note, no outside alcohol may be brought into our establishment.
